is your leather GENUINE LEATHER or REAL LEATHER?
This may be confusing, but there is a difference between what's considered "Real" vs "Genuine". We often see the words "Genuine Leather" on many commercial leather goods, but Genuine leather is the lowest grade of leather there is available. Genuine leather is made up of several layers of low-quality leather bonded together with glue and then painted to look uniform. It does not look as good or last as long real leather.
WHAT TYPES OF LEATHER DO YOU WORK WITH?
D'Punchline uses the best quality FULL GRAIN and TOP GRAIN COW HIDE LEATHER for production of leather goods, but occasionally uses goat and pig skin as well.
WHERE DOES YOUR LEATHER COME FROM?
D'Punchline imports leather mainly from Italy, the United States, and parts of South America.
IS EVERY PIECE YOU CREATE AN ORIGINAL?
D'Punchline prides itself on making original, one-of-a-kind pieces, never duplicating. Though some pieces may carry similar characteristics to other creations, you will never EVER find two creations that are EXACTLY THE SAME. If you do, chances are one of them is NOT a D'Punchline original.

The turnaround time for a custom order really depends on the item, the time of year, as well as how many orders are currently in the queue.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY D'PUNCHLINE LEATHER PIECE?
IT IS RECOMMENDED that you use treatments that are specifically for the maintenance and preservation of leather. Apply a leather conditioner such as MINK OIL to a soft cloth and gently rub over entire item. DO NOT use chemical cleaners or other such treatments as this will cause irreparable damage to your leather item.
DO YOU DO REPAIRS OR REFURBISHING?
FREE repair or refurbishing services are offered only on ORIGINAL D'PUNCHLINE PIECES. Each item comes with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer's defects in material, hardware or workmanship which starts from the date of purchase. This DOES NOT cover irregular damage NOT CAUSED by normal wear and tear over time, customer abuse, negligence, nor any third party transit damage.
